Using Live Translated Captions:
- Turn on Live Captions: During the meeting, attendees should click the More menu, the three dots (…) at the top of the screen, and select “Language and speech” in the sub-menu, then select “Show live captions.”
- Access Caption Settings: Once the captions panel appears at the bottom of the screen, attendees can click the gear icon in the captions box and select “Language settings.”
- Choose Translation Language: Click the toggle for “Translate to”. The drop-down menu will default to their account’s set language, or attendees can select the language they want the captions translated into.
