Help make the NANDA-I 2025 Conference Gala an unforgettable evening by contributing to our Silent and Live Auctions! Your donated items will directly support the NANDA Foundation’s mission, with 100% of the proceeds funding crucial nursing research grants and educational initiatives.

What Makes a Great Auction Item?

We are seeking thoughtful items that reflect your cultural heritage or the nursing profession in general. This year’s auction will feature special oil paintings by Dr. Marjory Gordon, for example. We encourage you to contribute items that tell their own unique stories.

Examples include:

  • Item that represents your country or culture
  • Nursing-themed pieces (such as Nightingale ceramic figurines)
  • Professional resources (nursing books or educational materials)
  • Handcrafted or artisanal items

Bringing Your Auction Items

The Gala promises to be a wonderful evening of celebration, featuring both silent and live auctions. Your contributions, whether large or small, help support the vital work of the NANDA Foundation while making our event truly special.

Simply bring your donation with you to the conference – there’s no need to ship items in advance unless you’re unable to attend.

Can’t Attend but Want to Contribute?

If you have an item to donate but can’t join us at the conference, please contact our CEO, Heather Herdman. She can provide guidance on how to ship your item to our conference venue in Portugal.

Ready to Contribute?

Payments can be made conveniently by cash or credit card directly to NANDA-I at the Gala event. Start thinking about what unique item you might bring to share with your colleagues while supporting this worthy cause. Every donation makes a difference!

Contact Heather at ceo@nanda.org with any questions about auction contributions.

Together, we can make this year’s auction a meaningful celebration of our diverse nursing community, while supporting the future of nursing diagnoses.
