Our Governance

The NANDA Foundation is incorporated as a 501 (c) (6) not-for-profit organization in the state of Pennsylvania, USA. We operate according to our bylaws. Unlike NANDA International, we’re not a membership organization, so our President and Directors are appointed by the Board. We meet remotely at least six times a year. Our Board is international and is entirely volunteer-led and managed. We have no paid staff.
