Dr. Christine Spisla, NANDA-I Director of Informatics, has a long history of work with SNOMED CT, a health terminology used in electronic exchange of clinical health information. She will introduce SNOMED CT basics and hierarchies, and provide an example using a NANDA-I nursing diagnosis to understand this terminology and its connections to the NANDA-I terminology. There will be Q & A time at the end of her presentation.
