Anxiety in Hospitalized Medical-Surgical Patients: Clinical indicators and validation

Drs. Fabio D’Agostino and Gianfranco Sanson, two Italian researchers, will discuss their research study and methods on the NANDA-I diagnosis of anxiety (00146) in hospitalized patients. They will describe variables (diagnostic indicators) related to higher rates of anxiety. The most frequent related factor for anxiety was major change in health status.
