Transitioning to pCloud
We are pleased to share that under the leadership of our president, Carme Espinosa i Fresnedo, our organization has finally joined the 21st century in digital file storage. We are in the process of moving all of our organizational files into one secure file management system, called pCloud, replacing a mishmash of systems that included hard drives and various online storage accounts.
We researched extensively to find the best secure, encrypted storage for our organization. After choosing pCloud, we next began to develop a file structure to organize all of our files and data.
This transition is significant because it improves our ability to find historical documents, archive presentations in one place, store photos, compile documents, and keep all formal publishing contracts and related items in one place. It is also a big weight off the shoulders of our leadership team, to complete this project and pull everything together in an organized and professional manner.
While this might not seem like the most exciting announcement, we know that this transition will result in greater efficiency and efficacy for NANDA International. Our data is securely stored and protected for future leaders and members. NANDA-I members, we are also committed to safeguarding your data with a standard data storage policy.
