The Key to Diagnosis is Assessment
We have heard you! Over the past several years, we have had more and more calls to support the use of a standardized nursing assessment to drive accuracy in nursing diagnosis within electronic health records.
As you know, NANDA-I supports the use of Gordon’s Functional Health Patterns (FHPs) as an assessment framework, and now we are committed to developing an assessment platform to support its use and nurses’ clinical reasoning.
We have a team of engaged, interested individuals to work on this platform – but we also know that there are users in Europe, the Americas, and Asia who have already begun work or who have developed templates for assessment using Gordon’s FHPs. We would love to collaborate with you!
